Texas LLC annual filings

Texas LLCs don't file a Secretary of State annual report. Instead, every LLC files a Public Information Report with the Comptroller by May 15 each year — even if it owes no franchise tax (2026–2027 no-tax-due threshold: $2,650,000 in annualized revenue). Every LLC needs a registered agent in Texas.
